Article Submission Terms and Guidelines:
1. I agree to allow Readitlive.com the right to use my articles in the website, press releases, and print publications termed “written for Readitlive.com” for an unlimited period.
2. I certify that I am the copyright owner of the original material I have submitted and will retain all copyrights to my material.
3. I understand that appropriate attribution and a link to my web site or e-mail will be included with any of my material used by Readitlive.com.
4. I will not infringe upon or violate any copyright laws concerning the material I submit.
5. I agree to hold readitlive.com, harmless in any legal action that may be pursued in any court of law regarding the material I submit, or claims of personal injury.
6. I agree to be held solely responsible for any damages including court costs, that may be required to be paid in conjunction with any claims that may be brought for personal injury or copyright infringement.
7. I understand that ReaditLive retains the right not to use any material that promotes discrimination, hate, violence or is considered adult only content. I understand that any material that has been deemed unsuitable, will not be accepted for use in the site.
8. I understand and agree that no monetary compensation is offered for the use of any material I submit for use in the site.
9. I understand that either party for any reason may terminate this agreement at any time, with a four week written notice of intent to terminate.
10. I understand this agreement will remain in effect until termination by either party.
I have read and agree to all terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
